One day as they were traveling to a company for presentation, they received a video again. It was a video on the birthday party celebrations of their son. It was his 6th birthday and they had actually forgotten about it. The video showed how their son was enjoying his birthday amid grand parents, friends and children from orphanages. Many joyous and love-filled moments were captured in the video. They realized that all are there beside their son except the two of them. They realized that despite being parents to him they could not play well their parental role. ‘It was Dhruv’s birthday today and we did not wish him’, Sonia said to her husband in a very low, morose voice. ‘We did not wish him for years Sonia…mom, was right perhaps; we have forgotten our valued relations and bonds of love’, replied the disillusioned Rohit. Just at that moment, their car came to a screeching halt and it seemed as it were a major mechanical fault had occurred. They sent the driver to look for a work station while they sat waiting at the steps of a church nearby. The serene ambiance of the church and the holiness that pervaded all around purged them of all their vices or blunders rather…they walked into the church and prayed at the altar [a thing they had not done for years]. They went to the confession box and confessed all the wrongs they had done to their family. Their robotic shell was broken now and out came two loving, compassionate individuals who wished to spread love and give love. Thus, Rohit and Sonia, returned home totally transformed…
